摘要
内蒙古艺术产业的集聚有其动力因素,在资源禀赋、需求动力、政策机遇、人才积累和创新驱动等内外因素的推动下,集聚应朝着政府规划+比较优势发掘(历史文化积淀、艺术资源发掘)+标志性资源核心要素(艺术院校和科研院所转型)+市场自主发展(产商精心策划创造)+时尚消费+品牌扩张的模式发展,形成官、产、商、学、研、购一体化贯通的综合发展体系。在此基础上,以民族艺术为发展核心,开展全球化品牌输出、差异化市场竞争和高端化环境培育,由此为内蒙古艺术产业的集聚找到切实可行的发展路径。
The concentration of art industry in Inner Mongolia has its dynamic factor. Under the promotion of resource endowment,demand impetus,policy opportunity,talents accumulation and innovation drive,the concentration should develop towards the modes of: government planning and comparative advantage of historical culture accumulation,art resource exploration and the core factors of symbolic resource,art schools and scientific research institutions and market self-directing development,fashion consuming and brand stretching. Thus,the comprehensive developmental system of government,production,commerce,studying,researching,and purchasing was formed. On this basis,centering on the national art,the global brand exporting will be carried out,and the differentiated market competition and high-end oriented environmental are formed. In this way,we will find a feasible way for the concentration of art industry in Inner Mongolia.
