MR在眼眶蜂窝织炎诊断中的应用价值

Application of MRI in the Diagnosis Value of Orbital Cellulitis

目的:探讨MR检查在眼眶蜂窝织炎的应用价值。材料与方法:经临床或病理证实的眼眶蜂窝织炎,且行MR平扫及增强检查。结果:26例中,单眼发病24例,双眼发病2例。表现为脓肿的2例,MR表现具有特征性,平扫呈T1WI低信号、压脂T2WI高信号,周边为T1WI等信号脓肿壁,壁较厚、光滑;增强扫描脓肿壁强化,中心不强化。表现为弥漫的24例,MR平扫呈T1WI等或稍低信号、压脂T2WI高或稍高信号,增强压脂T1WI有强化。结论:MR在眼眶蜂窝织炎诊断中具有较好的定位及定性诊断价值。

Purpose： To study the MRI examination application value in orbital cellulitis. Materials and Methods： 26 cases of orbital cellulitis confirmed by clinic or pathology, All of the eases underwent MRI and enhanced MRI. Results ： In 26 patients, 24 cases showed unilateral, and 2 cases showed bilateral. Abscess occurred in 2 cases. MR appearances were characterized, low intensity in T1WI and high intensity in fat-suppressed T2WI. The abscess wall showed isointensity. In en- hanced MRI the abscess wall reinforcement and the center was not enhanced. The diffused lesions were for 24 cases, MR scan showed iso-or slightly low intensity T1WI, high-or slightly high intensity in fat-suppressed T2WI. The lesions enhanced in fat- suppressed T~ WI. Conclusion： MRI is a valuable method in localized and qualitative diagnosis in orbital cellulitis.
