优化乳腺导管造影技术诊断乳管内乳头状瘤的价值

Optimization of Milk Diagnostic Catheter Technique of Breast Intraductal Papilloma Value

目的:分析乳腺导管内乳头状瘤导管造影X线特征,以提高其认识。材料与方法:分析58例导管内乳头状瘤导管造影X线征象,并与病理结果对照。结果:54例X线诊断与手术后病理相符,其中2例误诊为导管内乳头状癌,2例误诊为导管扩张并慢性导管炎。乳腺X线平片38例无异常表现,20例可见小结节或肿块。乳腺导管造影显示56例导管内见充盈缺损及导管内梗阻,43例导管有不规则扩张,12例导管壁毛糙。结论:乳腺平片诊断导管内乳头状瘤敏感性低,造影是诊断导管内肿瘤的有效方法,但需与导管内乳头状癌、导管囊性增生及导管扩张症等相鉴别。

Purpose： to analyze the intraductal papilloma catheterangiography X-ray ieatures, to enhance their aware- ness of. Materials and Methods： analysis of 58 cases of intraductal papilloma catheter angiography X-ray signs, and com- pared with pathological results. Results： 54 cases of X-ray diagnosis and operation pathology after the match, in which 2 cases were misdiagnosed as intradnctal papillary carcinoma, 2 cases were misdiagnosed as chronic inflammation and catheter dilata- tion. Breast X-ray plain film of 38 cases no abnormality, 20 cases showed small nodule or mass. Galactography showed 56 ca- ses of intraductal see filling defect and ductal obstruction, 43 cases with irregular dilation catheter, 12 cases of duetal wall rough. Conclusion： breast plain film in the diagnosis ofintraductal papillary mucinous tumors of low sensitivity, contrast is an effective method in the diagnosis of intraductal tumors, but withintraductal papillary carcinoma, ductal cystic hyperplasia and ductal ectasia and phase identification.
