三维坐标导向系统在治疗骨盆环损伤的应用及效果评价

摘要 目的:探讨三维坐标导向系统经皮微创空心螺钉内固定手术治疗骨盆环损伤的临床应用价值及治疗效果。材料与方法:选取行骨盆环损伤经皮微创使用"三维坐标导向系统"空心螺钉内固定术治疗的16例患者进行研究,分析"三维坐标导向系统"辅助引导的内固定螺钉植入成功率。结果:16例患者均一次性成功植入空心螺钉,术后复位优良率达100%。螺钉植入到位需要的平均时间为37分钟。结论:在经皮微创空心螺钉内固定手术治疗骨盆环损伤中,使用三维坐标导向系统使该手术过程得到良好的量化控制而显得简便易行,且可以在很大的程度上缩短手术的时间,提高植入空心螺钉的准确性,减少并发症。 Purpose: To investigate the clinical value and effect of percutaneous internal fixation using 3 D coordinate oriented system for pelvic ring injuries. Materials and Methods: 16 cases with pelvic ring injuries were treated with percuta- neous internal fixation by 3D coordinate oriented system, analysis the success rates of implanting internal fixation screw by 3D coordinate orientation system. Materials and Methods: 16 patients were all implanted the internal fixation screw successfully once, and the fineness rate of postoperative restoration was 100%. The average time of implanting screw in place was 37min. Conclusion: Treating pelvic ring injuries by percutaneous internal fixation with 3D coordinate oriented system not only can make the procedure easy and to get a good quantitative control, but also shorten the operating time, improve the implanted ac- curacy, and reduce the complications in the very great degree.
