农民土地意识对农地流转及规模经营意愿的影响研究——以甘肃省武威市为例

The impact of farmers' awareness of land on the wiliness of farmland circulation and scale operation: A case of Wuwei in Gansu province

为研究农民观念对土地利用的影响效应,文中从农民土地意识的四个维度出发,开发农民土地意识测度量表,并构建其与农地流转意愿和规模经营意愿的假设模型,运用结构方程模型(SEM)进行模型验证。研究结果表明:土地依赖意识、土地产权意识、土地包袱意识和土地价值意识四个维度对农地流转意愿影响的路径系数分别为-0.86、0.24、0.27和0.22,说明除土地依赖意识外的三个维度正向影响农地流转意愿;对规模经营意愿影响的路径系数分别为-0.77、0.28和0.36,说明土地依赖意识、土地产权意识和土地包袱意识除土地依赖意识外正向影响规模经营意愿。因此,应正确把握宏观经济变化背景下的农民土地意识,为农民土地合理流转提供参考依据。

In order to study how the farmers＇ awareness of land influencing the agricultural land use,we studied the relationship between the farmers＇ awareness of land and the willing of farmland circulation and farmland scale operation by four dimensions,and then tested and verified the model by Structural Equation Modeling（ SEM）.The study found that the land property right consciousness,land load consciousness and land value consciousness influenced the wiliness of farmland circulation positively except the land depending consciousness. The land depending consciousness,land property right consciousness and land load consciousness had the positive effect on the wiliness of scale operation for farmland. So we should assurance the awareness of farmers＇ land under the diversification of the macro economy that can provide the foundation to the reasonable farmland circulation.
