基于三维生态足迹的锡林郭勒盟自然资本动态研究 被引量:12

Dynamic analysis of natural capital in Xilinguole League based on the three-dimensional ecological footprint

摘要 文中引用新型三维生态足迹模型,将足迹广度与足迹深度作为探讨重心,补充存量流量利用比、资本流量占用率、理论足迹广度等指标,研究锡林郭勒盟1978-2012年自然资本动态变化特征。结果表明:1978-2012年,锡林郭勒盟生态足迹由0.96骤增至8.42,同期生态承载力由3.89递减至2.00;1995-2012年,足迹深度由1.06倍增至4.37;足迹广度呈现先增后减的趋势,1999年达到2.55的历史高位;2003以后存量资本取代流量资本成为区域自然资源需求的来源,足迹深度与足迹广度反向变化趋势明显,生态赤字严重。到2012年,锡林郭勒盟需要4.37倍的现有土地面积才能满足消费需求,因此如何协调自然资本存量消耗和流量资本占用间的关系成为区域发展亟待解决的问题。 In this research,we took the ecological size and the ecological depth as the research centre,to research the dynamic characteristics of natural capital in Xilinguole League from 1978 to 2012 by using the 3D model of ecological footprint,and the other three indictors: utilizing ratio of stocks to flows,appropriation rate of capita flows and the theoretical footprint size. The results proved that the ecological footprint of Xilingole League unexpectedly increased from 0. 96 to 8. 42 from 1978 to 2012. At the same period,the ecological capacity decreased from 3. 89 to 2. 00. Footprint depth had increased multiply from 1. 06 to 4. 37 from 1995 to 2012. The footprint size showed a trend of climbing up and then declining and reached the highest record of 2. 55 in 1999.After 2003,the stock of capital to replaced the flow of capital as the source of area of the demand of natural resources,footprint depth and footprint size obviously showed a reverse trend and the ecological deficit was very serious. By 2012,4. 37 times the existing land area of Xilingole League area was paid out in order to meet the demand of resources consumption. It had become a problem needed to be resolved for the regional development that how to coordinate the relationship between the natural capital stock consumption and flow of capital to take up.
