不同垂直骨面型下切牙生理性调整的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 分析不同垂直骨面型下切牙生理性调整的临床效果.方法 选择不同垂直骨面型拔牙矫治病例,治疗初半年内先行远中移动下尖牙,下切牙进行生理性调整,调整前、调整三个月、调整六个月拍头颅侧位片,取阶段模,统计分析由SPSS10.0完成.结果 半年自行调整后,高角组L1-MP角由96.7°调整为89.6°,均角组由100.2°调整为93.7°,低角组由106.3°调整为99.5°,但三组间下切牙生理性调整的量值差异无统计学意义.结论 下切牙生理性调整的量值与垂直骨面型未见相关,下切牙生理性调整后的位置与垂直骨面型相关. Objective To study the clinical effects of physiologic drift of lower incisors in different vertical skeletal patterns.Methods Cases with different vertical skeletal patterns were selected and two lower first bicuspids were extracted in all cases.In the first half year,lower cuspids were first distalized so that lower incisors were in the physiologic drift stage.Cephalograms and study models at three time points (Before drift,three-month-and six-month-drift) were recorded and analyzed by SPSS 10.0.Results L1-MP angle decreased from 96.7°to 89.6°in high-angle cases,from 100.2° to 93.7° in normal-angle cases,and from 106.3° to 99.5° in low-angle cases.Conclusions The vertical skeletal pattern is related with the position of lower incisors after drift,but not with the amount of physiologic drift.
