前臂骨间背动脉穿支蒂皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损

目的 探讨前臂骨间背动脉穿支蒂皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的可行性。方法对2009年5月-2014年3月收治的手部软组织损伤27例行前臂骨间背动脉穿支蒂皮瓣修复术。结果27例穿支蒂皮瓣均成活，随访4～8个月，皮瓣血运与质地均优良。结论前臂骨间背动脉穿支蒂皮瓣临床应用可靠安全，选择低位穿支为蒂完全可以保障皮瓣血供。

Objective To study the feasibility of forearm interosseous dorsal artery perforators pedicle＇d skin flap to repair soft tissue defect of hand. Methods From May 2009 to March 2014, 27 cases were treated to repair hand＇s soft tissue injury using the forearm interosseous dorsal artery perforators pedicle＇d skin flap. Results All 27 cases of perforators pedicle＇s skin flap survived, all cases were followed up for 4 - 8 months, the blood supply and texture of skin flap 21 cases were excellent, 6 cases were good. Conclusion The forearm interosseous dorsal artery perforators pedicled skin flap is reliable and safe, clinical application of choosing low perforators pedicled can guarantee the skin flap with the sufficient blood supply.
