淮安市690名医学放射工作人员白细胞计数情况分析

Analysis on the leucocyte counts of 690 medical radiation workers in Huaian

目的了解医学放射工作人员外周血白细胞计数异常情况,为更好的开展放射防护工作提供科学依据。方法对2014年淮安市690名接触电离辐射的医学放射工作人员的职业健康监护资料进行统计分析,以白细胞低于4.0×109/L为异常,同时选取200名健康的餐饮从业人员为对照组,比较两组的白细胞异常率。结果医学放射组白细胞与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同放射工龄,不同性别白细胞异常率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同工种的白细胞异常率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期小剂量的电离辐射对医学放射工作人员的健康产生一定影响,应密切关注,加强防护。

Objective To understand the abnormal leucocyte rate of medical workers exposed to radiation and providescientific basis for better development of radiological protection. Methods The occupational health surveillance data of 690 medical radiation workers in Huaian in 2014 were statistically analyzed and leucocyte count below 4.0×109/L was regarded asabnormal.At the same time, 200 healthy catering employees were selected as the control group, and the abnormal rates of thetwo groups were compared.Results The abnormal leucocyte rate of medical radiation workers was higher than those incontrol group exhibited statistically significant differences（P〈0.01）. The differences in abnormal leucocyte rates betweendifferent gender and working years of medical radiation workers were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Significantdifference in abnormal leucocyte rate was noticed between different professions（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The long-term andlow-dose ionization radiation can influence the health of medical workers exposed to radiation and the work of radiologicalprotection should be strengthened.
