摘要
以孔内、外均带有表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的纳米介孔二氧化钛(Ti O2)为基础填料,制备纳米复合水性涂层.通过电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、模拟盐雾实验、附着力测试等进行研究.测试结果表明:加入不同添加量的带有模板剂的纳米介孔二氧化钛的水性涂层,其防腐蚀性能不同,其中带有表面活性剂的纳米介孔二氧化钛质量分数为0.5%时,水性涂层的防腐蚀性能表现最佳.
A nano mesoporous composite coating was formed by adding mesoporous Ti O2( with template) whose pore channels and outer surface were full of cetyl trimethylammonium bromide( CTAB) to a specially developed based waterborne coating system. The coating properties were investigated by an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy( EIS),salt spray test and adhesion test. The measurement showed that the corrosion resistance of the waterborne epoxy coating with mesoporous Ti O2( with template) was the best when mesoporous Ti O2( with template) loading was 0. 5 %.
