新生代农民工政治排斥现状分析及解决路径

The Analysis and Solution of the Political Exclusion of New Generation of Migrant Workers

新生代农民工是在我国特殊社会环境下形成的社会群体,相较于老一代农民工,他们受教育水平更高,身份定位更高,权利要求更高,但在政治参与中却陷入了强烈的融入期望和残酷的政治排斥现实的矛盾困境。政治排斥致使新生代农民工不能够公平地享有政治资源,不能充分地表达自身政治利益诉求,不利于我国政治参与扩大和政治稳定。扩大新生代农民工政治参与,促使新生代农民工主动融入,有助于破解新生代农民工的政治排斥困境。

The new generation of migrant workers is a special social group formed in special social environment in China. Compared with the old generation of migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers gets higher education level, higher status position and higher claims. However,their participation in politics has fallen into the realistic contradiction between strong expectation and cruel political exclusion. Political exclusion resulted in the new generation of migrant workers cannot have their fair share of political resources and cannot fully express their own political interests, which is not conducive to the steady expansion and political participation in China. To break the plight of political exclusion, we must expand the new generation peasant workers＇ political participation and promote the new generation of migrant workers integration actively.
