摘要
浮顶油罐一二次密封空间内的油气在遭遇到雷击时极有可能发生爆燃,通过往密封空间内冲入氮气,降低油气体积分数从而达到防火防爆的目的。为进一步研究油气惰化效果,利用CFD方法,建立了气体流动的几何模型,得出了不同条件下持续冲入氮气时空间内油气体积分数的变化。
Oil vapor in the sealed space of floating roof tank is likely to occur deflagration by lightning ,so lighting protec-tion can be achieved by pouring nitrogen into the sealed space to reduce oil vapor volume fraction .To further study the effect of oil vapor inerting ,by using CFD methods ,a geometric and mathematical model is established ,finding out the oil vapor volume fraction change under different inerting conditions .
