摘要
在应急服务设施选址中存在只在限定点选址的问题,限制了应急资源的有效配置,不利于应急能力的提高。根据应急系统的特点,基于集合覆盖原理设计了满足应急系统时间紧迫性前提下,以系统费用最小为目标的多个应急服务设施点的优化选址数学模型,提出一个新的算法,不仅能算出满足要求的应急服务设施点个数,而且能求出最优的选址地点。实证表明,该算法能够根据需求客观选择应急服务点的个数,具有一定的实用价值。
The problem of only selecting the location in the limited area in the emergency service systems has limited the ef-fective allocation of emergency resources ,not good for the improvement of emergency ability .Considering the characteristics of the emergency public service systems and based on the set covering theory ,a mathematical optimal location model on minimum fee is given on the premise of satisfying the emergency systems’ exigency at the same time .And a new algorithm is given to solve the p-facility model .The scope of the service facility location is extended to the whole network .The algo-rithm of the example verifies the validity of the model and feasibility .
