摘要
基于低碳视角下内蒙古市某一燃煤电厂机组的发电全流程"低碳"物耗核算,筛选出供电煤耗、水耗、污染物排放量、灰渣综合利用量、厂用电量及点油用量6个主要影响评价指标,然后运用修正的AHP和积法耦合6个指标的权重。结果表明,污染物排放>供电煤耗量>耗水量>灰渣综合利用量>厂用电量>点油电量,符合该燃煤电厂的实际要求。实例计算表明,修正的AHP评价指标体系,对燃煤机组节能减排环境经济效益评价,及燃煤机组节能和减排潜力挖掘改造,提供了重要的技术支持。
Under the perspective of low carbon ,the whole process of“low carbon”material consumptions about coal-fired power plant units in the city of Inner Mongolia is calculated ,the calculation results help us select six major impact evaluation indications:the coal consumption of electricity supply ,water consumption ,pollutant emissions ,ash comprehensive utiliza-tion ,power consumption of plant and oil consumption and the modified AHP analysis is used to couple the six indications . The results show that pollutant emissions〉 coal consumption of electricity supply〉 water consumption〉 ash comprehensive utilization 〉 power consumption 〉 oil consumption ,which agrees to the actual requirements of the coal -fired power plants .The example proves that the revised AHP method about evaluation indications will contribute to economic benefits of energy conservation and emissions reduction ,what’s more ,it is useful to provide the important technical support for poten-tial excavation of energy conservation and emissions reduction .
