建国前后中共中央和毛泽东对党员、干部进行了加强纪律性;执行正确政策;谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗;反贪污、反浪费;从严治党等方面的思想教育并建立了相应的制度。思想教育和制度建设在当时发挥了重大作用,取得的经验具有深远的历史意义。

It is around 1949 that moral education and institution are enforced by the CPC under the leadership of Mao Zedong on a point of strengthening discipline, frugality, and anti--corruption among the Party members. The campaign plays a significant and positive role.
