摘要 流感病毒与宿主相互作用的过程中,病毒利用各种手段去排除对自身不利的因素,逃逸宿主的免疫系统,而宿主同时会启动免疫系统去监视、清除病毒。在这一系列过程中,小泛素相关修饰物(SUMO)修饰作为泛素化修饰后又一种主要的蛋白质翻译后修饰,在流感病毒复制中起重要作用。本文综述了SUMO化修饰在流感病毒复制过程中的作用研究,有助于理解流感病毒对宿主细胞感染的机制,为抗流感病毒的治疗提供一些新的策略。 The influenza virus has evolved numerous mechanisms to overcome host defenses for its benefit. It can also manipulate the immune system to stop it monitoring and clearing the virus. Small uhiquitin-like modifier (SUMO)ylation is emerging as a key post-translational modification that plays an important part in virus replication. This brief review focuses on recent findings on the roles of SUMOylation during infec- tion by the influenza virus. As such, it will aid understanding of the mechanism of action of infection by the influenza virus, and help to provide new strategies for anti-viral treatment.
