摘要
输电线路动态增容技术可以在不新建线路的前提下,动态提升现有导线的输送容量,提高电力系统运行的经济性。提出了一种基于导线倾角的动态增容系统,利用导线悬挂倾角和风偏角计算导线温度,然后基于导线温度模型,利用导线温度、环境温度、日照辐射和导线负荷计算导线的动态载流量。详细阐述了系统的硬件设计与各模块的功能,并利用现场试验,验证了系统的可行性。
Dynamic line rating { DLR) technology of the power transmission line can dynamically raise the transmission capacity of existing conductors and improve the economical efficiency of the operation of the electric power system without constructing new lines. This paper presents a dynamic line rating (DLR) system based on the conductor catenary angle, whereby the conductor temperature is calculated by using conductor catenary angle and wind deflection angle. Then, based on conductor temperature model ( CTM ), dynamic current-carrying capacity of the conductor is calculated by using conductor temperature, ambient temperature, solar radiation and conductor load. The system hardware design and functions of the modules are elaborated in detail. The feasibility of the system is verified through field tests.
