摘要 介绍了整个自动化药房的组成,包括自动上药系统、储药柜和自动出药系统。分别就其结构进行了设计,根据其工作原理设计了相应的控制系统。控制系统以工控机和PLC为核心,其中工控机在上层与数据库进行数据的交互,在底层与下位机PLC进行实时通讯,PLC根据工控机发送的指令数据,对外围执行机构进行控制。实现整个药房的自动化和信息化管理。 This paper introduces the composition of the entire automated pharmacy, including automatic drug-loading system, drug cupboard and automatic drug delivery system. The structure of the three parts is designed respectively, and corresponding control systems are also designed according to the operating principle. The control system uses the industrial personal computer and PLC as the core. The industrial personal computer makes data interaction with the database in the upper layer, and realizes real-time communication with the lower PLC in the lower layer. Following the commands sent from the industrial PC, the PLC controls the peripheral execution elements, thus realizing automation and information management of the whole oharmacy.
