摘要
以中国社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)数据库为基础,筛选出该数据库2000-2014年间收录的战略人力资源领域相关文献作为样本,从来源期刊、发表时间、关键词、论文类型、理论基础、研究方法等几个方面对文献进行梳理、归纳和分析,进而对我国战略人力资源管理领域的研究进行评估,揭示在该领域研究中存在的不足。结果显示,我国战略人力资源相关问题的研究在成果的数量、研究的理论性、研究方法的选择等方面仍有较大的提升空间。据此,提出了未来我国战略人力资源管理研究的发展方向。
Based on CSSCI data base, relevant literature involving strategic human resources field during 2000 to 2014 is selected as samples, reviewed, induced and analyzed in terms of source journals, published time, key words, paper types, theoretical foundation and research methods. The results show that the research on related issues concerning China strategic human resources still has a large room for improvement in terms of results number, theo- retical research and research method choice, etc. Accordingly, human resources management research is proposed in this paper the future development direction of China strategic
