摘要
为解决目前我国实木板材锯切设备存在的问题,研发一种数控往复式锯材剖分锯,实现实木板材的高精度、高效率锯切,并利用Solid Works软件对数控往复式锯材剖分锯进行三维建模,完成机架、工作台、摇尺机构、压梁组件和主机组件的结构设计。本设计很大程度上提高了实木板材的加工效率、加工质量,并减轻工人的劳动强度,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to solve the current problems on solid wood panels sawing equipment, we have developed a CNC Reciprocating Timber Split Saw, which can achieve high precision, high efficiency sawing of panels, builded three- dimensional models of CNC Reciprocating Timber Split Saw by solidworks software, and completed the structural design of the rack, workbench, feed mechanism, pressed component and host component. This design greatly improves the processing efficiency and processing quality of solid wood panels and reduces labor intensity.
