摘要
导向轮系是钢丝绳探伤仪的重要核心部件,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA分析原理对其碰撞进行了动态分析,避免了分析过程中的复杂计算,得出了准确的计算结果。结合分析结果对其结构的不合理之处进行了优化设计,并通过实验验证了样机的结构合理性,提高了工作寿命。
Guiding wheel is the important part of wire detector, using ANSYS/IS-DYNA principle to analyze the dynamic analysis of the collision, the complex calculation in the process of analysis is avoided, the accurate calculation results is obtained, and the unreasonable structure is optimization designed combining with the results of the analysis, and prototype structure rationality is verified by experiment.
