摘要
应用ABAQUS有限元软件中的Dynamic/Explicit显式动力学求解模块建立了圆锯片多点加压适张工艺过程的加载过程仿真模型,并且结合Static/General静力隐式求解模块仿真分析了经过多点加压适张后的圆锯片卸载过程。以圆锯片边部切向适张应力的平均值与波动幅值作为多点加压适张工艺适张效果的表征参数,分析了压点分布形式对圆锯片适张效果的影响。仿真分析结果表明:圆锯片周向压点数、径向压点数与压点直径都对圆锯片边部切向适张应力的平均值与波动幅值有显著的影响,通过调整压点分布形式,能够使得圆锯片的适张效果达到最优。
The multi-spot pressure tensioning process of circular saw blade is built by Dynamic/Explicit solving module of the finite element software called ABAQUS. The uninstall process of circular saw blade after tensioning is analyzed by Static/General solving module of ABAQUS. The tensioning effect of multi-spot pressure tensioning process is characterized by the average value and fluctuation amplitude of tangential tensioning stresses in the edge of circular saw blade. The influence of distribution form of spots on the tensioning effect is studied by the model. Simulation results show that the number of circumferential spots, number of radial spots and diameter of spots all have obvious influence on the average value and fluctuation amplitude of tangential tensioning stresses in the edge of circular saw blade. The tensioning effect can be optimized by adjusting the distribution form of spots.
