纳米二氧化钛改性水性UV复合涂膜 被引量:3

Water-borne UV-curable composite coatings modified by NanoTitanium dioxide

摘要 采用纳米二氧化钛为改性添加剂,以薄木贴面多层实木层压板材为基材,采用共混法在不同添加量下对UV固化水性面漆的力学性能和光学性能进行研究。结果表明,在纳米Ti O2的添加量为0.1g时,涂膜的耐磨性最优,并且附着力达到1级、硬度达到5H,较未改性之前都有了大幅提升。横纹光泽度和顺纹光泽度都趋于33%,在光学上的表现也符合家具涂料的亚光发展趋势。此研究扩大了水性UV复合涂料在工业化中的应用。 The mechanical and optical properties of waterborne UV wood coatings were studied by using nano-titanium dioxide (TiO2) as the modified additive and laminated wood panel with thin veneer as the basic materials. And the properties were compared with different addition of TiO2 by the blending method. The results showed that when the addition of nano-TiO2 was 0.1g, the wear resistance of coating was the best, the adhesive force up to grade 1 and hardness of 5H, which were better than that of unmodified coating. The horizontal and grain glosses were up to 33% and the optical performance is also consistent with the trend of the sub - optical development of fumiture coatings. This study expands the application of waterborne UV composite coatings in industrialization.
