摘要
以型号为MY56-50的石油化工泵为研究对象,应用Fluent软件,对离心泵在输送不同密度流体介质的内部流动进行数值模拟。在动参考系坐标下,运用雷诺时均N-S方程离散,选用RNGk-ε湍流模型,压力和耦合采用SIMPLEC算法求解。基于数值模拟结果,对这5种不同密度流体介质在工况下的全流场数值模拟结果进行计算,得出离心泵内部流场随介质的不同所表现的变化规律。同时将5种不同情况下预测的外特性结果进行对比分析,得出不同流体介质对离心泵的影响情况。研究结果表明,流体的密度不影响离心泵的性能曲线走势,只是随着密度的不同,其数值大小有所变化。
MY56-50 petrochemical pump was researched by using Fluent to develop numer-ical simulation to the internal flow of centrifugal pump during its transmission of different density fluid media.Under the dynamic reference system coordinates, the Navior-Stokes (N-S )equations,RNG k-εTurb ulence Modeling,the stress and coupling were calcu-lated based on SIMPLEC algorithm.According to the numerical simulation results,all flow numerical simulation results of these five different-density fluid media were calculated under the working condition,and then determine the change rules of the internal flow of centrifu-gal pump as the media changes.And this research makes comparison of the external charac-teristics as predicted in different conditions and concludes how different flow media influ-enced the centrifugal pump.The research result shows that different-density fluid does not affect the characteristic performance.
