小儿清热利肺口服液治疗儿童风热咳嗽45例临床观察

Clinical effect observation of Xiaoer Qingre Lifei Koufuye in treating 45 cases of children with cough due to wind-heat evil

目的观察小儿清热利肺口服液治疗儿童风热咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将90例风热咳嗽患儿随机分为2组,对照组给予抗生素、止咳化痰类药物等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予小儿清热利肺口服液治疗。比较2组患儿的退热时间、咳嗽停止时间、祛痰时间、X线胸片恢复时间及临床疗效。结果治疗组退热时间、咳嗽停止时间、祛痰时间、X线胸片恢复时间均较对照组显著缩短,2组比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为95.6%,对照组为80.0%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05),表明治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论小儿清热利肺口服液治疗儿童风热咳嗽临床效果显著,既可有效缩短患儿发热、咳嗽、咳痰时间,又可避免转为重症肺炎,能显著提高疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoer Qingre Lifei Koufuye in treating children with with cough due to wind-heat evil. Methods 90 patients were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was given conventional treatment measures, such as antibiotics and cough and phlegm dispelling drugs ; the treatment group, based on the above, were treated by Xiaoer Qingre Lifei Koufuye. The time of heat re- ceding, cough stopping, phlegm dispelling, recovery of chest X-ray and the clinical curative effect were compared. Results The time of heat receding, cough stopping, phlegm dispelling, recovery of chest X-ray of the treatment group were obviously shorter than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.6% , much higher than that of the control group （80.0%） , the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaoer Qingre Lifei Koufuye has better clinical results in the treatment of children with cough due to wind-heat evil. It can effectively reduce the fever, cough, ex- pectoration time and avoid severe pneumonia, significantly improving the treatment efficiency, worthy of clinical promotion.
