自拟疏肝运脾汤治疗小儿厌食症42例临床观察

Clinical observation of homemade Shugan Yunpi Tang in treating 42 cases of pediatric anorexia

目的观察自拟疏肝运脾汤治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法将85例小儿厌食症患儿随机分为2组。治疗组给予自拟疏肝运脾汤治疗,对照组给予小儿健脾化积口服液,10 d为1个疗程,服用3个疗程后,观察2组的临床疗效,体质量、血红蛋白量、红细胞计数、血中微量元素(Fe,Zn,Ca,Cu)的变化。结果对照组总有效率为79.1%,治疗组为92.9%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在改善体质量方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血红蛋白量和红细胞计数均较治疗前增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组增加程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血中Zn,Fe,Ca明显增加(P<0.01),Cu也有所增加,但与治疗前比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组血中Zn,Fe,Ca明显增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论自拟疏肝运脾汤具有疏肝运脾健胃的功效,可增进食欲、改善症状、增加体质量、促进营养和微量元素的吸收。

Objective To investigate the clinical observation of homemade Shugan Yunpi Tang in treating pe- diatric anorexia. Methods 85 cases of children with anorexia were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group received homemade Shugan Yunpi Tang and the control group was given Xiaoer Jianpi Huaji Koufuye, 10 days as a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after 3 courses and the changes of the body weight, hemoglobin, hematocrit count and serum trace elements （Fe, Zn, Ca, Cu） were observed. Results In the control group, the total effective rate was 79.1% ; in the treatment group, it was 92.9%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. The treatment group was significantly bet- ter than the control group in improving the quality of the body （P〈0.05）. The hemoglobin and red blood cell counts after treatment in 2 group were better than those before the treatment （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ） , and the extent of the treatment group significantly increased than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. The blood Zn, Fe, Ca after the treatment in 2 group increased significantly （ P〈0.01 ） , and Cu also increased, but its difference was not statis- tically significant compared with that before the treatment （ P〉0.05 ）. The blood Zn, Fe, Ca in the treatment group significantly increased comparing those of the control group after treatment （ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Homemade Shugan Yunpi Tang can sooth the liver, activating spleen and strengthening stomach, increasing appe- tite, improving symptoms, increasing weight and promoting the absorption of nutrients and trace elements.
