中药中频导入辅助治疗小儿腹泻106例临床观察

Clinical observation of the adjuvant treatment of TCM medium frequency importing in treating 106 cases of infantile diarrhea

目的观察中药中频导入辅助治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法将216例腹泻患儿按照随机数字表法分为治疗组106例和对照组110例,对照组采用常规方法治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上辅以中药中频导入,治疗5 d后评定2组的疗效。结果治疗组痊愈92例(占86.8%),显效8例(占7.5%),无效6例(占5.7%),总有效率为94.3%;对照组痊愈76例(占69.1%),显效16例(占14.5%),无效18例(占16.4%),总有效率为83.6%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中药中频导入辅助治疗能提高腹泻患儿的临床疗效,且操作简单、经济方便,患儿及家长易于接受,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM medium frequency importing adjuvant treat- ment in treating infantile diarrhea. Methods 216 cases of diarrhea were randomly divided into a treatment group of 106 cases and a control group of 110 cases. The control group used conventional therapy, and the treatment group were supplemented TCM medium frequency importing on the basis of the conventional therapy. The curative effects of both groups were evaluated after 5 days. Results 92 cases in the treatment group were cured （86.8%）, 8 cases significant effect （7.5 % ） and 6 cases no effect （5.7 % ）, with the overall response rate was 94.3 %. 76 cases in the control group were cured （69.1%）, 16 patients significantly effective （14.5%） and 18 cases ineffec- tive （16.4%） , with the overall response rate was 83.6%. The difference of the overall response rate of the two groups was highly statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM medium frequency importing adjuvant treatment can improve the clinical efficacy in treating infantile diarrhea, with simple operation, economical, con- venient, easy to be accepted by children＇ s parents, worthy of clinical popularity.
