中药穴位敷贴治疗小儿哮喘缓解期60例

TCM acupuncture point application in the treatment of 60 cases of remission child asthma

目的观察中药穴位敷贴治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法选取2011年6月至2013年6月在我院儿科门诊诊治的哮喘患儿60例,三伏天进行穴位敷贴治疗,每年敷贴9次为1个疗程,1年后观察疗效。结果治愈15例,显效33例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%。结论中药穴位敷贴治疗小儿哮喘缓解期疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of TCM acupuncture point application in the treatment of remission child asthma. Methods 60 children with asthma in our hospital from June, 2011 to June, 2013 were treated with TCM acupuncture point application in the Sanfu days, 9 times as a treatment course every year. After 1 year, the treatment result was observed. Results 15 cases were cured, 33 cases significantly effectively and 8 cases effective, with the total effective rate of 93.33%. Conclusion TCM acupuncture point application has sig- nificant curative effect in the treatment of remission child asthma, worth the clinical promoted use.
