磷钨酸钾催化餐饮废油合成生物柴油 被引量:1

Synthesis of Biodiesel from Waste Cooking Oil Catalyzed by Potassium Phosphotungstate

摘要 制备了固体酸催化剂K2.5H0.5PW12O40,用于餐饮废油为原料的生物柴油合成。采用单因素法研究了原料油的游离脂肪酸含量、反应温度、醇油摩尔比和剂油比对反应的影响。结果显示随着原料油中的游离脂肪酸含量增加,产物的收率降低;随着反应温度、醇油摩尔比和剂油比的增加,产物的收率增加,且在温度为373 K,醇油比为24∶1,剂油比为15 wt%时,反应4 h,产物收率可达94%。催化剂的重复使用研究发现,催化剂重复使用4次,产品收率可达92%。 The solid acid catalyst K2.5H0.5PW12O40 was prepared and used to catalyze the waste cooking oil as feedstock for biodiesel synthesis. Effect of free fatty acid content of the feedstock, reaction temperature, molar ratio of methanol to oil and the mass ratio of catalyst to oil were studied. Experimental results showed that with the increase of free fatty acid,, the yield of the product was decreased. With the increase of temperature, the molar ratio of methanol to oil and the mass ratio of catalyst to oil, the yield of the product was increased, and a yield of 94% was obtained from the using of 24:1 molar ratio of methanol to castor oil and 15 wt% mass ratio of catalyst to castor oil at 373 K after 4 h. The study of the repeated use of the catalyst showed that the product yield could be 92% when the catalyst was reused four times.
