摘要
自主设计了一台平面开关磁阻电动机,给出了其机械结构,建立了其简化有限元模型并进行了有限元模态分析,获得了电机一至六阶固有频率及振型;进行了模态试验,获得了电机一阶和四阶固有频率。通过电机空载噪声频谱,验证了有限元模态分析和模态试验的正确性。理论计算与实验对比表明:理论计算结果与实验结果吻合,两者误差小于5.61%,验证了电机简化有限元模型的有效性和有限元模态分析的正确性。研究结果为同类电机的结构改进设计和振动噪声抑制奠定了基础。
A planar switched reluctance motors (PSRM) was designed autonomously, and its mechanical structure was illuminated. 3-dimensional model of the PSRM was built. Simplified finite element model of the PSRM was built and finite element modal analysis was elaborated, and first sixth natural frequencies with the corresponding mode shapes were obtained. Modal test platform of the PSRM was set up and experiments were conducted, first and fourth natural frequencies were obtained by modal test. Contrast between simulation and experiment indicates that simulation results and experimental results match each other, the relative errors between them were less than 5.61%, which verifies simplified finite element model and modal analysis of the PSRM were valid and correct. The results lay a foundation for improving design, reducing vibration and noise of PSRMs.
