摘要
为提高无刷双馈电机绕线转子绕组与定子上不同极对数的功率绕组和控制绕组的电磁耦合能力,改善电机性能,采用变极法设计了一种3Y/3Y型绕线转子绕组。介绍了该转子的结构和设计原则,该转子绕组的9条并联支路连接成对应两种极对数的两种3Y连接方式,且这两个3Y结构反相序连接。给出了依据该方法设计的一种5/2对极绕线转子实例,该设计方案不仅使得两种极对数下的绕组系数都较高,而且都是对称的。通过电磁场有限元仿真得出了不同绕组的感应电动势波形。仿真结果表明,采用变极法设计的3Y/3Y型绕线转子,定子绕组的感应电动势谐波含量低。该研究为无刷双馈电机绕线转子的设计提供了一种可行方案。
In order to enhance the electromagnetic, coupling ability between wound-rotor windings, control windings and power windings under different pole numbers in the stator of the brushless doubly-fed machine (BDFM), improve its performance, a kind of 3Y/3Y type wound-rotor winding was designed with changing-pole method. The structure and design principles of the rotor were introduced, 9 parallel branches of rotor winding were connected into two different 3Y types with two corresponding pole numbers, and the two 3Y types were connected negative phase-sequence. A scheme of 5/2 pole numbers wound-rotor designed with the method was given, not only the three-phase winding coefficient is higher, but also it is symmetrical under both of the two pole nmnbers. Different winding induced-voltages were obtained through electromagnetic field finite element simulation. The simulation results show that, the 3Y/3Y type wound-rotor winding with changing-pole method, induced-voltage harmonic is low in stator windings. The research provides a feasible scheme for the design of brushless doubly-fed machine wound-rotor.
