摘要 针对某些特殊场合对三相交流永磁同步力矩电动机的低压、低速和大扭矩的应用要求,提出了一种基于三相独立H桥驱动电路的电压空间矢量PWM控制方法。该方法通过长短矢量和零矢量在内的14个基本电压空间矢量形成了正六边形内切的矢量圆轨迹,利用12个长短矢量将矢量圆划分为12个扇区,并设计了矢量作用时间的计算方法和扇区的确定方法。该方法可在不增加供电电压、不改变电机尺寸的情况下产生比传统电压空间矢量控制方法大1倍的最大转矩和转矩调节精度,具有较好的实用价值,实物试验证明了该方法的可行性。 A method of voltage space vector PWM for PMSM direct drive motor driven by three phases independent H bridge driving circuit was presented for the demands of low voltage, low speed and large torque of PMSM motor in some special applications. In this method the fourteen basic vectors including six long vectors, six short vectors and two zero vectors were formed circular vector orbit inscribed in hexagon, and the circular vector orbit was divided into twelve fan-shaped regions by the twelve long and short vectors. The method of calculating the vector action time and the method of determining the fan-shaped regions were designed. The largest torque value and the torque adjusting precision of this method were two times than that of traditional method, which possessed good practical value. The practicality experiment verifies the feasibility of the method presented in this paper.
