超声骨刀与传统法在牙槽骨修整术中的应用比较 被引量:3

Comparison of piezosurgery and traditional operation in the treatment of alveoloplasty

摘要 目的探讨超声骨刀行牙槽骨修整术的效果。方法选取符合标准的需行牙槽骨修整术的患者80例,随机分为超声骨刀组(实验组n=40)和传统组(对照组n=40)进行牙槽骨修整,然后对两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果实验组患者的心率、平均动脉压、疼痛度、手术时间及满意度都显著地优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论与传统牙槽骨修整术相比,超声骨刀具有安全、高效、微创和心理创伤小等优势,发展前景广阔。 Objective To discuss the effect of applying piezosurgery in the alveoloplasty. Methods 80 cases of patients who need alveoloplasty and meet our criterion were selected,which were randomized equally into treatment group (n = 40)receiving Piezosurgery and control group(n = 40)receiving traditional method respectively,and then the clinical data of two groups were retrospectively ana-lyzed. Results The heart rate,mean arterial pressure,pain score,operation time and satisfaction of the treatment group were all signifi-cantly better than those of the control group. Conclusions Compared with traditional method of alveoloplasty,piezosurgery has such ad-vantages as high efficiency,slight trauma,low psychological impact on patients,which may enjoy broad development prospect in alveolo-plasty.
