摘要
介绍了一种基于相位增量随机化的宽带数字噪声产生技术。利用伪随机序列和直接数字频率合成获得随机相位增量,使输出信号谱在预设定频带内随机跳变;再利用多相合成技术,将多路低数据率信号合成单路高数据率信号,有效解决较低速处理器与高速数/模转换器之间的数据率匹配问题。该方法噪声信号由FPGA逻辑运算直接产生,其噪声频谱形式可以实现快捷切换。经实测数据分析,产生的数字噪声带内频谱平稳,噪声频谱起伏优于1.5 d Bm。
A wideband digital noise generation technology is introduced based on the phase incre- ment randomization. The pseudorandom sequence and the direct digital synthesis (DDS) are utilized to obtain the random phase increment to make the output signal spectrum jump randomly in the preset frequency band. Besides, the multi-way low-data-rate signals are converted into the one-way high-data-rate signals through the multi-phase synthesis technology to effectively solve the matching problem of the data rates between the low-speed processor and the high-speed D/A converter. The noise signals are directly generated by the FPGA logic operation, and the noise spectrum forms can be quickly switched. The test data indicate that the in-band spectrum of the digital noise generated is stable, and the fluctuation of the noise spectrum is less than 1.5 dBm.
