摘要
由于多种原因,铝合金铸件极易出现气孔、砂眼等缺陷。薄壁铝铸件如果在精加工后表面发现缺陷,若以传统的高温焊接技术修复往往会使零件因变形而报废,而如用"铝粉胶"修复会不同程度地影响机械性能和产品电性能指标。本文采用低温冷焊技术对精密薄壁铝铸件表面缺陷进行修复,取得了良好效果。
Such defects as blow holes and blisters often appear on the surface of the thin-wall aluminium alloy cast for various reasons. For the surface defects after the finish machining, the conventional high-temperature welding technology makes the parts deformed and discarded, and the " alu-minium powder adhesive" repair affects the mechanical and electrical performances of the cast to different extent. Therefore, the low-temperature cold welding technology is adopted to repair the surface of the precision thin-wall aluminium alloy cast and achieves good results.
