摘要
加工曲轴和凸轮轴等轴类工件时会出现弯曲变形,而中心架的刚性决定加工完成的工件变形程度的大小,是一个很重要的因素。文中手动高刚性中心架采用V型滚轮式夹紧机构,利用T型丝杠的自锁功能和液压刹紧机构、拉紧结构,使中心架具有较高的刚性和夹紧力,进而减小了加工工件时产生的弯曲变形,提高了加工工件的精度及机床的稳定性。
The bending deformation will arise when cutting the shaft type workpieces such as crank shaft and cam shaft,the deformation degree of shaped workpiece is decided by rigidity of center frame, this is a very important factor. In the passage, the handing good rigidity centre frame adopts rolling wheel way clamping mechanism with V type, uses self - locking function of T type screw and hydraulic tightening mechanism, tensioning structure, makes the centre frame have better rigidity and clamping force, so decreases the bending deformation degree that is arised in the course of cutting, and improves the accuracy of workpiece and stability of machine.
