摘要
针对汽车悬架控制臂前衬套压装的现状,提出了一种新的前衬套自动化压装原理。基于该原理能在一台机床上实现前衬套的自动上料、自动正压和自动反压,给出了正反压一体化的实现方法,实践表明,根据新原理设计的自动化压装设备能高效率、高质量地实现前衬套的压装,所提出的压装技术不仅能实现单机自动化,也能用于控制臂多工位整线自动化压装。
A new principle of press - fitting of front bush is put forward which is assembled in control arm of auto- mobile suspension. Automatic bush loading, bush press -fit and bush counter press -fit can be carried out in one machine based on the principle. The method to realize the integration of fit and counter -fit of the bush is provided. The experimental results showed that the designed press can complete the front bush press -fit efficiently and in high quality. The proposed press -fitting can not only realize the auto- mation of one machine, but also can be used in multistation production line for press - fitting of the con- trol arm.
