摘要
由于变截面涡旋压缩机型线非常复杂,加工精度要求也非常高,导致在通用数控机床上实现高效、高精、高可靠性量产面临诸多困难。文章利用CAD建立变截面涡旋齿实体模型,CAM进行加工策略规划。结合加工条件,建立了圆柱立铣刀动态切削力模型,针对不同加工策略,进行切削力时域仿真,获取了相应的颤振稳定域图,优化了切削参数。最后利用Vericut软件对实际加工特性进行可视化仿真,实现了几何仿真和动力学仿真的完美结合,获取了涡旋齿的过切和残留量。实现在首次生产时,就能加工出合格零件,从而节约时间和成本,提高加工质量,最大限度地发挥现有装备、工具以及加工工艺的生产力。
It is facing many difficulties that manufacturing scroll compressor in high efficiency, high precision, high reliability, because variable cross - section of the scroll compressor profile is very complex and precision requirements are very high. This paper establishes a solid model, and plans machining strategy by use of CAD/CAM. A cylindrical mills dynamic cutting force model is created, time - domain simulation of milling force, chatter stability lobes and optimization of cutting parameters are obtained. VERICUT software is adopted to simulate machining in actual processing features and get over - cut and the residual amount. This paper combines geometric simulation and dynamics simulation, realizes qualified parts during the first production, improves processing quality under saving time and costs, maximize existing equipment, tools and process productivity.
