摘要 在经济型数控车床上利用尾架通过钻夹头夹持钻头或铰刀可进行钻铰孔加工工件,但只能适应单件生产,如需进行批量生产,工人在车削端面后,每钻、铰一次孔都要推动尾架,中间还要更换一次刀具,劳动强度非常大,工人非常辛苦。为了提高生产效率,降低工人的劳动强度,通过设计一种可安装到四方刀架上的刀柄,并采用自车工艺加工而成,分别夹持钻头和铰刀,在车完工件的端面后,通过程序控制四方刀架自动进行换刀,进行钻孔和铰孔,非常省时省力,并且质量完全满足图纸工艺要求。 In the economic type CNC lathe the tailstock through drill chuck clamping drill and reamer for drilling and reaming hole machining parts, but only to the single production, such as mass production required, workers in the face turning, each drilling, reaming holes for a time to promote the tailstock, but also among the replacement of a tool, labor intensity is very large, workers are very hard. In order to improve the production efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of the workers, through the design of a hilt can be mounted to the four knife handle, and the vehicle processing which respectively clamps drills and reamers, after the end face of the finished car parts, through the program control four knife automatic tool change, for drilling and reaming hole, thereby saving time and labor and quality to satisfy the process drawings requirements.
