摘要
基于普通钻攻机提出了一种新型攻丝判断装置。首先,对攻丝判断装置的机械结构进行设计,并阐明其工作原理;其次,对该装置的控制方案进行构建;最后,将该装置应用于西菱钻攻机ZS40-25,实现了该机床的自动攻丝。
A tapping judgement device is proposed based on common drilling and tapping machine. Firstly, the me-hanical structure of tapping judgement device is designed and its principles is clarified in this paper. Secondly, it constructs a control scheme for the device. Lastly, the device is applied to achieve the automatic tapping for Xiling drilling and tapping machine （ZS40 -50）
