分析军交运输保障能力动态评估的特定内涵与目的意义,围绕评估对象、能力构成、评估指标和评估标准4个关键要素,论证动态评估的体系结构,阐述动态评估组织实施应重点把握的3个问题。
The paper analyzes the specific connotation, purpose and significance of the dynamic evalution of military transportation support capability, demonstrates its structure in 4 aspects of the estimated objects, capabilities, estimating index and standard, and elaborates three questions key to carry out dynamic estimation.
