摘要
为有效促进军交运输保障能力的提高,通过对军交运输保障能力的分析研究和总结概括,指出需求牵引机理、技术推动机理、装备支撑机理、人才决定机理、信息主导机理、实践催生机理、整体提升机理为军交运输保障能力的重要生成机理。
In order to improve military transportation support capacity, through analyzing and summarizing military transportation capacities, the paper points out that the demand pulling mechanism, technology pushing mechanism, equipment supporting mechanism, personnel deciding mechanism, information leading mechanism, practice promoting mechanism and integral lifting mechanism are the important formation mechanisms of military transportation support capacity.
