车辆装备保障标准体系评价指标的构建

Establishment of Evaluation Index of Standards System for Vehicle Support

结合军队标准化工作现状及车辆装备保障标准化发展需求,界定车辆装备保障标准体系评价内涵,提出评价指标构建原则,从标准体系的构成元素、标准体系结构、标准体系存在与发展3个方面对其评价指标体系进行设计,并对部分指标内涵作出分析解释。

Based on the present situation of our military standardization work and the demand on standardized development of vehicle support, the paper defines the connotation about the evaluation of vehicle support standards system, puts forward the establishing principles of index, designs the evaluation index system in the aspects of its contents, structure and exist- ence and development, and gives explanation to some indexes.
