Study on Emergency Disposal Procedural Knowledge Model for Emergency Events

应急处置程序性知识作为应对突发事件的重要工作依据,缺乏准确的表示方法和手段。通过分析应急处置业务流程,建立面向突发事件的应急处置程序性知识模型EDPK,将应急处置程序形式化表示为概念、关系、规则和实例的四元组。基于EDPK模型设计了面向突发事件的应急平台,能够有效构建应急处置程序性知识,为应急决策提供科学依据。

As an important basis for emergency disposal, the emergency disposal procedural knowledge is lack of accurate expressing approaches and means. Through analyzing the emergency disposal process, the paper builds the emergency disposal procedural knowledge model （EDPK）, which represents the emergency disposal as 4 arrays of concept, relationship, rules and instance. As a result, the emergency platform based on EDPK is designed and developed, which can effectively build the emergency disposal procedural knowledge and provide scientific basis for emergency decision - making.
