装备合同商保障模式的选择是以满足装备使用用户需求为基础的。利用质量功能展开(QFD)的方法对装备合同商保障模式进行分析,建立装备合同商保障模式分析QFD模型,并对模型进行求解。结果表明,该方法得到的结果能准确反映装备使用用户对维修业务的需求,从而使装备合同商保障模式的选择能够贴近实际需要。该方法简单易懂、形象直观,为解决装备合同商保障模式选择以及军地任务划分提供了一种新的思路和数学方法。

The selection of equipment contractor support mode is based on whether it can satisfy the demand of equipment users. The paper analyzes the equipment contractor support mode with quality function deployment （QFD） method, builds and solves the QFD model for equipment contractor support mode analysis. The result shows that the method can correctly reflect the requirements of equipment users on maintenance service. Therefore, the selection of equipment contractor sup- port mode can be closer to real requirements. The method is simple, vivid and straightforward, which provides a new way of thinking and mathematical method for the selection of equipment contractor support mode and the division of military and ci- vilian tasks.
