摘要
21世纪美国陆军装备维修保障的重要变革之一是四级维修向两级维修转型,美陆军两级维修经历了论证和探索、全面推行、调整和发展3个阶段。分析各阶段维修理论的发展以及实施两级维修的具体做法,总结两级维修相关理论和建设运行的经验,为我军装备维修保障的建设与发展提供有益的参考和借鉴。
Transformation from four - level maintenance to two-level maintenance is one of the most important maintenance support evolution of US Army in the 21st century. The US Army＇ s two - level maintenance has gone through three phases of reasoning and exploration, fully implementation, rectification and development. The paper analyzes each phase＇ s mainte- nance theory and practices of two-level maintenance, summarizes the theories of two -level maintenance and experiences of construction and operation, providing beneficial references for our army＇ s construction and development of equipment main- tenance support.
