为大幅提升我军特种物料运输保障的精度,保证运输安全,通过对特种装备物资铁路运输物料状态实时检测系统进行设计研究,实现对物料状态参数的实时检测,并将实时状态数据传输至应急指挥平台,达到对特种运输物料的智能化跟踪、检测和应急指挥。

In order to improve the transport and support precision of our army＇ s special materials and ensure the transportation safety, the paper designs materials status real-time detection system of special equipment and materials in railway transportation to detect the materials status parameter in real time and transmit the data of real-time status to emergency command platform, which can track, detect and command the special materials intelligently.
