摘要
为提高部队跨区机动时效,确保安全完成军事任务,针对近年来部队执行跨区多样化军事任务增多,部队在组织铁路输送中存在的问题,提出做好部队跨区铁路输送的对策建议。
In order to improve the mobility and effectiveness for accomplishing the military missions safely, this paper puts forward some and suggestions to solve the problems existing in military railway transportation according to the increasing diversified military cross -region missions in recent years.
