摘要
民用航空军事运输保障能力建设是提高我军航空输送能力的基础,对增强我军航空战略投送能力、促进航空建设军民融合具有十分重要的作用。通过对航空军事运输和民航建设发展现状的分析,针对民用航空军事运输保障能力建设整体规划布局、运力分配和保障条件等方面存在的不足,提出民用航空军事运输保障能力建设的对策建议。
Constructing military transportation support capacity of civil aviation is the foundation of improving our army＇ s aviation transportation capacity, which plays a significant role in developing aviation strategic projection capacity and improving civil-military integration in aviation construction. After analyzing the current situation of military aviation transportation and civil aviation construction, the paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems existing in planning and layout, capacity allocation and support condition of aviation transportation capacity construction.
