摘要
针对目前基于状态的维修中状态参数确定普遍经验化的问题,提出一种基于质量功能展开进行状态参数决策的方法;利用层次分析法确定需求重要度权重,建立质量屋模型,定量计算状态参数重要度,并以往复式内燃机为例验证所提出的方法科学可行。
This paper proposes a method of condition parameters determination based on quality function deployment according to current common empirical problems in condition parameters determination of condition based maintenance. Firstly, it determines the importance weight of requirement through AHP. Then, it establishes a house of quality model to calculate the importance of condition parameters. Finally, it makes an experiment on reciprocating engine to validate the feasibility of this method.
